They are the only marina in the area that had a impeller for my Honda in stock. They also changed my gimbal bearing in two days for a more than reasonable price. They are now my first call for boat parts in the Northland!
I really wish I could write a good review for Aronson Boat Works. However, I brought my 1967 Span America in there as it wasn't starting. They said they it shouldn't be an issue. One month later without a word from them I call and they say they are waiting for parts and they should be there within a day or two and they will give me a call. Three weeks later I call again and get the same excuse. Three weeks after that I call again and they say they are working on it now. Finally a total of three months since I dropped it off I tell them I want to pick it up. They charged me $100 in labor and NOTHING was done. I brought it to another guy in Hibbing and he had it done in 3 days and runs perfect! Aronson even reassembled the plug wires wrong! The whole issue was the timing needed to be adjusted. I wish they could have just been honest with me...Nice people, but I will never be back.

If your on vacation and looking to get it done quickly go somewhere else. They told me my repair could be done in 2 days and when it wasn't they couldn't have cared less and when I when I went to pick my boat up they had it backed into a mud hole in the corner and put a rolling dock in front of it, as if I was going to come and take my boat in the middle of the night. Very rude people. If there wasn't so little compitition I think their business wouldn't last more than a season.
The owner failed to return my lower unit from my Mercury outboard. I have repeatedly asked him to return it. He said he was looking for it and would call me back. I've called numerous times. He has not returned any of my calls. The repair work he did perform when he attempted to repair was shoddy and I had to bring the boat back. I would never recommend this outfit to anyone
